What's the best way to get a feel for the product you're looking at? With samples, of course. Touch and try on the items to see how the cuts and sizes fit, and do the items really look the way you expect them to?

We gladly ship samples, as well as complete sets of sizes. Each sample shipment is billed at full price. This allows us to accurately record the goods in our accounting records and creates an incentive to ship the goods back to our logistics department on time.

Unfortunately, we must pass on the costs we incur for returning the goods to our supplier. These costs are waived if you submit samples to us for finishing after fitting.

The following points must be observed for a successful return of samples:

  • Sample returns must be registered via our returns portal , where you can indicate whether and which items are included in an order and create a return receipt and return label.
  • Returns of goods are only possible within 2 weeks of invoicing.

The following applies to all suppliers:

  • The invoice will be adjusted based on the value of the goods , less a 25% restocking fee (minimum €15), after complete processing. These costs reflect the time and materials required to repackage and restock the goods. Unfortunately, worn or soiled goods cannot be credited .
  • For items returned after the return deadline , we will charge 60% of the value . We cannot return these items ourselves and will donate them.
